CINCINNATI — A London, UK-based investment firm, Romano Capital, Inc. led by Vincent Francis Romano has recently partnered with Jacob T. Gaffney’s 7130 Entertainment, and are currently in talks with the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, to construct a restaurant including a bar, live music stage, and bowling alley, along with a turf field for family games and activities.
Jacob Gaffney is an 18-year-old Madeira High School graduate, who signed LeRoy Johnson to an executive position at his 7130 Entertainment music company. Johnson is the former head coach of Bishop Sycamore, a Columbus-based team that ignited controversy across the nation when the team was ruled as “fraud” by the state of Ohio, and the Ohio Department of Education. He is hoping to change the image and perceptions of Johnson by involving himself in a partnership to launch the company. The two have signed contracts to star in HBO’s documentary series covering the topic in late 2022.
Going back to May of 2022, Gaffney connected with British billionaire Vincent Romano. They have been in contact since then, and are involved in multiple business ventures across the United States.
Forwarding to July 11th, Jacob spoke to city personnel and the mayor for zoning requirements. He has also contacted real estate developer Neyer Properties, Inc., who owns the property. It is located East of The Approach apartment complex at Summit Park. The land could cost Gaffney and the company an estimated $6,000,000-$8,500,000 to purchase. No sale has taken place as of this month.
“This property is another opportunity for the city to grow and offer more for the citizens of Blue Ash and surrounding towns. It is a major hotspot for families and for the general public to have a great time.”, Gaffney stated.
The land is currently not listed for sale, but is being considered for commercial use by Romano Capital, Inc. and Jacob T. Gaffney.
