Company Director, Pshtiwan Salim from GPA (Grand property assets) a company which was established in 2016, is overseeing the development of a new platform that will directly link property owners to their customers.
“Having built up a property portfolio including residential and commercial assets, the need for new tools to find and source new deals is needed to keep increasing growth in a sustainable way.
“With movesoon.co.uk, the idea is to bridge the gap between the vendors and the customers by directly setting up negotiations between the two. The platform will provide estate agents or even landlords the setup needed to directly speak to potential tenants before renting their space to them.” Salim explained.
“Estate agencies currently do not provide much interactions or control over assets with outdated platforms, but by building an area where there is social interactions and professional deals being made, this creates a new space that can be utilised and become beneficial for both the tenant and landlord.
“The platform is not intended to replace traditional estate agencies, but rather give them more tools and social interactions to do better business.
The platform currently offers free sign up and membership, allowing users to post their properties on the market for sale or rent.
The company also offers the option to have movesoon.co.uk manage their properties for greater yield returns and better asset management.
“We want to focus on creating better returns for our customers, ensuring they are being paid correct market rents and prices in line with demand and inflation.
“Our business model is based on long term sustainability, by creating different avenues of income for our clients and ensuring that the end customer also benefits from this arrangement.
“We market the properties on our platform through multiple other platforms to generate maximum exposure and interest. The sooner we can sell or rent your property, the better for all parties involved.
