After two days of this tweet, Ola, the organization, announced on Thursday that they would invest over $100 million to start a worldwide center for engineering and vehicle design in Coventry, UK. The $100 million investment into Ola’s new engineering and vehicle design center will happen over five years, and Ola will staff it with over 200 designers and automotive engineers. Ola is exploring the land to set up a future manufacturing plant for its aggressive Ola Electric vehicle as the creation offices post a $200 million capital raise.
