Established in 2017, Ecobrite has emerged in the lighting industry as a benchmark for many other companies. The operations Director, Pshtiwan Salim sat down with us to discuss their success in the industry.
We put the customers first, everything else is secondary.
As cliche as it may sound, when you leave the customers satisfied and with a sense of being valued, they are more likely to give you the loyalty that would otherwise have been lost.
“Most companies think cheap products with subpar quality is what the consumer wants, and they are correct about the cheaper prices needed to help consumers take the first step in renovating and switching over to LED lighting. However, most companies compromise on the quality of the product and there is a lack of aftercare provided.
“By providing this level of service, and ensuring that they have a peace of mind that even after the warranty expires, we have an aftercare team that will make sure that the customers are never left out of pocket, and even resolve issues the same day. We pride ourselves at this level of service, whilst most other companies are either too big to care or too small to provide this service.
When asked about the future of the brand, Mr Salim said;
“We are expanding our operations, we are investing into research and development of new products that will be released in due course. We would like to open other high quality branches in order for our customers to have a physical place to compare products and get a real idea of what they want.
“Having this level of service and product quality is something we will never compromise on. As a company, we all work relentlessly to ensure that everyone from the top-down has this level of professionalism.”
