We recently got the chance to interview Internet Celebrity Tiffany Alyssa and this is how it went:
What first got you into your career?
At a young age, I realized how it felt to make people smile, I remember doing anything dorky I could to try to make my siblings or parents laugh. When I got to school I realized how much more I loved it and it became “my personality” to entertain whoever was around me or make them smile so as soon as I learned about YouTube I got right into creating content that I could show my friends to make them laugh.
Who inspired you to make content and post it online?
I remember being in 7th grade watching “Smosh” videos and I loved how simple and funny their content was, I remember being so excited when they posted a new video and wanting to be on the other end of creating..
How would you describe the music that you typically listen to?
When I’m at parties don’t let me get control of the speakers unless you want to hear my middle school iPod playlist. I love the old Usher, Ying Yang Twins, Beyonce, Trey Songz, Pretty Ricky songs but I listen to R&B, rap, country, oldies, rock, techno, I mean there is a right time for any kind of music.
What is your creative process like?
I’m a very on the spot person now, I used to write out all of my video ideas and scripts but now I just feel like the “natural” reactions are what people love to see and I love it when I can come up with a small idea and just work off of that with my personality.
Who would you most like to collaborate with?
I guess I don’t have a specific influencer in mind, I have a lot of people I love to watch and I would love to collaborate with anyone that can match my energy.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
I would thank them so much for always being by my side through everything, some of the most loyal amazing people that have been watching me for 10+ years at this point and have seen me at my absolute worst and my best.
Being on the internet for as long as I have definitely had times where I have had to step away because of mental health or been forced to leave by being hacked or falsely banned on social platforms but somehow my followers always find me again and always have my back.
