A survey conducted by the Kansas State Study says that most employee have a happier and healthier life at home when the organization provides them with activities that increase their engagement in the company.
Employee engagement is a topic that should be tackled and concentrated on as with different cities starting to open their country, and organizations starting to implement hybrid working situations, this will be another big change for employee who have been working from home for a long time and have become accustomed to it.
