The HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) kicks off its seventh season on Thursday, January 27th. Six teams are taking part in this tournament, including Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Gladiators, Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, and Multan Sultan. In the tournament, each team will play with the other twice.

Total 34 matches will be played in the whole tournament, out of which six games have been played in the National Stadium of Karachi. Quetta Gladiators have played three games with one win. Karachi Kings had also played three games until now, but unfortunately, they could not defeat their competing teams in any game and lost all three games. While Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, and Peshawar Zalmi have only played two matches, each team was able to win one match.

If we talk about defending champs Multan Sultans, they have been showing extraordinary performance in the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 7, as they won all four matches played by them. Right now, on the score table of the tournament, Multan Sultans are on the top with 8 points and having a Net Run Rate of 0.62. Islamabad United is in the second position with 2 points and Net RR 0.67. At the same time, Quetta Gladiators are in the third position, Lahore Qalandars in fourth and Peshawar Zalmi in fifth, each having 2 points and Net RR 0.48, 0.1, and -1.05 respectively. Karachi Kings is the only team with zero result up till now.
